Certified Translation

Certified French translation of any English official or corporate document: birth certificate, marriage certificate, diploma, academic transcript and other institutional official documents. (Sample)

A "certified" translation can only be provided by a translator who has been accredited (or "certified") by an officially recognized translation body (such as the STIBC - Society of Translators and Interpreters of British Columbia).

The French Consulate in Vancouver and many other government agencies have been accepting Exalingo certified translations since 1997 for students, workers and immigration applications as well as any other official document required by the French authorities or agencies from other French-speaking countries.

The certified translation can be provided in either or both of the two following formats:

  • A hard copy of the certified translated document that bears my official seal.

  • An electronic PDF document associated to an electronic signature that guarantees authentication by STIBC.

To receive a quote, please send me by email a good copy of the original document(s) to be translated (PDF or jpg) together with your full name and mailing address.

Office hours: Monday to Friday 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM
